1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you ("User") and GPM Login ("we", "us"). These Terms apply to the GPM Login software, the website gpmlogin.com, and all related services. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time and will notify you via email or website announcement.

2. License Terms

When purchasing a GPM Login license, you receive the right to use the software under the following conditions:

• Each license key = one activation per PC. Depending on your plan, you can activate on 1, 3, or 5 computers. Profile count is unlimited on all plans.
• Sharing or reselling license keys is strictly prohibited. Each license is issued to a single individual or organization. Sharing keys violates these terms and may result in immediate account termination.
• 72-hour reset cooldown. A newly purchased license must wait 72 hours before its first reset. After that, each license key can only be reset (transferred to another PC) once every 72 hours. This is an anti-sharing protection measure.
• Licenses are time-limited (monthly/annual depending on plan). After expiry, the software stops working until renewed.

3. Permitted Use

GPM Login may be used for lawful purposes, including:

• Managing multiple e-commerce accounts (Shopee, Lazada, Amazon, eBay, etc.) in compliance with each platform's policies
• Running legitimate affiliate marketing campaigns across multiple accounts
• Managing social media accounts for multiple brands or clients
• Software and web testing (QA testing, legitimate automation testing)
• Security research and authorized penetration testing

4. Prohibited Use

Use of GPM Login is strictly prohibited for the following purposes:

• Fraud, deception, phishing, or any illegal financial activities
• Sending spam, junk messages, or bulk unsolicited content
• Infringing copyrights, intellectual property, or privacy of others
• Accessing or hacking accounts of others without authorization
• Any activity that violates applicable Vietnamese and international law

GPM Login is not responsible for how you use the software. Full legal responsibility for usage behavior rests with the user.

5. Payment & Refunds

5.1 Payment

We accept payment via cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH via Cryptomus) and Vietnamese bank transfer (via SePay). Prices are displayed in VND and USD. Crypto exchange rates are determined at the time of payment.

5.2 Refund Policy

No refunds after the license key has been activated or revealed. Cryptocurrency payments are non-refundable due to the nature of blockchain transactions.

If you experience an issue with your order (e.g., didn't receive key, wrong plan), please contact support within 24 hours of purchase with proof of payment. We will review and resolve each case individually.

6. Account Termination

GPM Login reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account, with or without prior notice, in the following cases: violation of these Terms of Service; sharing or reselling license keys; using the software for illegal activities; providing fraudulent information during registration or payment.

Upon account termination, associated license keys will be deactivated and no refunds will be issued.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

GPM Login is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant that the software will fully meet your requirements, operate uninterrupted, be error-free, or that results obtained from use will be accurate or reliable.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GPM Login and its associates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the software, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amounts paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. For significant changes, we will notify you via your registered email or a prominent website notice at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
